University of Alaska Internship

This blog is to account for a 2 week internship to be served at the Centre of Distance Education (CDE), University of Alaska, Fairbanks. This internship has been greatly supported by CDE & participants are Anare Tuitoga, Neelam Narayan and Alanieta Lesuma-Fatiaki.

Lunch at Wolf Ran Restaurant


Curt took us to lunch at this cosy neat restaurant. Neelam & I had soup. It was absolutely delicious!! & filling!! Anare seems to be deviating away from his vegetarian diet.. Here is a photo of Curt, Anare & Neelam outside the restaurant.

    Bula Pita. Good to hear from you. We are enjoying ourselves over here!! We were suppose to go today but the weather conditions are not favourable over there its like -50F(-45C) so its being deferred to Friday. Will surely make a posting on ths. Its Fort Yukon, on the tip of the Arctic Circle. I leave it to Henry to say his piece on your black polar comment. Lolomas to Vika!!
