University of Alaska Internship

This blog is to account for a 2 week internship to be served at the Centre of Distance Education (CDE), University of Alaska, Fairbanks. This internship has been greatly supported by CDE & participants are Anare Tuitoga, Neelam Narayan and Alanieta Lesuma-Fatiaki.

Waiting for our ride to CDE


Its Wednesday, 7th Dec & here is a photo of Neelam in the Marriot Springhill hotel lobby.
Its about 7:45am & still dark outside. We are waiting for Christen, one of the IDs, to pick us up & take us to the Centre.

    Hi Adrienne, good to hear from you. Yes, we are having a ball of an experience here & the people here are just stoked by the fact that we choose to come to Alaska during the winter season.
