Reindeer Meat Testing

Just came back from a reindeer testing exercise on the main campus. We had to sign our lives away, I mean sign waivers before taking the test (pic - bottom left). The purpose of the test is to find out which sample of reindeer meat is most tender & we basically circle our choices on a piece of paper. This is quite an experience for us!! Christen & Carol also joined us in this exercise.
