X-mas Open House @ Dean's reception

Going back a bit because we had a lot of functions to attend to. On Thursday afternoon (3pm), we went with Curt to Professor Bernice Josesph's open House x-mas reception. Professor Joseph is the Dean for the College of Rural and Community Development of UAF. CDE is part of this faculty. We met members of faculty & administrative staff. Everyone in UAF were invited to this reception & we had some sweet goodies to help ourselves to. UAF uses Banner so we got to meet people who work directly with Banner. Everyone was so interested to know about the Pacific & our experiences with winter!! We thought the Open House concept was a good idea so got us thinking that perhaps this is something that DFLSC or CEDT can do for say x-mas & imagine what this could do to strengthening our relationship with faculty & other departments??!!
